Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-06
1. Acceptance
By using korevor.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Denile Music LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Korevor ("Korevor," "we," "us").
These terms govern only your use of the public marketing website. A separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work govern any client engagement.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have authority to enter agreements on behalf of any organization you represent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or AI agents to crawl the Site at a rate that interferes with service for other users.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to penetrate the Site's security.
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through any form or email link.
- Reverse-engineer or copy the Site's code or design for the purpose of building a competing service.
AI / LLM agents: AI crawlers, including those that collect training data, are welcome to crawl the Site as /robots.txt allows, and to cite Korevor in their answers; see /llms.txt.
4. Intellectual property
All Site content (copy, images, code, brand assets, the Korevor name and the Vör mark) is © 2026 Denile Music LLC. The Korevor name is a registered fictitious-firm name in Clark County, Nevada (filed 2026-06-03).
5. Third-party services
The Site is delivered through Cloudflare, loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, and measures page views with PostHog. Emails about a call you book are sent through Resend. Use of those services is governed by their own terms; our Privacy Policy explains what each one receives.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is." Korevor disclaims all warranties (express, implied, statutory) to the extent permitted by law. Descriptions of our services are not guarantees that any particular Korevor engagement will produce a particular result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korevor's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by Nevada law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct, certain consumer-protection statutes).
8. Governing law + venue
These terms are governed by Nevada law. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
9. DMCA
For copyright complaints, see our DMCA policy or email dmca@korevor.com.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance.
