1. Who we are

Korevor is the d/b/a of Denile Music LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (NV20243188383) based in Las Vegas, NV. References to "Korevor," "we," "us," and "our" in this policy refer to Denile Music LLC operating under its registered fictitious name Korevor.

2. What this policy covers

This policy describes how the public marketing website at korevor.com (the "Site") handles personal data. Systems Korevor builds for its clients are not covered here; the data in each one is governed by that client's own privacy notice.

3. What we collect on the Site

Visit logs. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamp) retained for 90 days for security and analytics.
Contact form / email submissions. Name, email, message body, and any files you choose to attach. Retained while we maintain a business relationship.
Call bookings. When you book a call at /book, we collect your name, email, phone number, the time you picked, and anything you write in the notes field. The intro call is a phone call, so the number is required: we call you at it. Your IP address is recorded solely for abuse prevention (rate limiting). The scheduler is built and run by Korevor rather than a third-party booking product. Booking records are stored on Cloudflare's platform, the appointment is added to Korevor's own Google calendar and mailbox, emails about the booking are sent through Resend, and a short alert with the booking details reaches Korevor through Telegram. Each of those providers processes the data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, behavioral fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

4. Cookies + similar technologies

The Site runs PostHog product analytics with autocapture, session recording and heatmaps turned off. It records page views (including time on page and how far the page was scrolled) and a small set of named events, such as a completed booking, and PostHog (US-hosted) processes them on our behalf. PostHog stores an anonymous visitor identifier in localStorage and a cookie. We set no advertising cookies. Cloudflare, our CDN, may set strictly-necessary security cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) for bot mitigation; these are not used for tracking. The Site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive the IP address of that request.

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; and (for California residents) opt out of any sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell or share personal data. To exercise any right, email privacy@korevor.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

Visit logs: 90 days. Email correspondence: up to 7 years (statute-of-limitations window for contract disputes). Call bookings: retained while we maintain a business relationship; cancelled bookings keep only the record needed to honor the cancellation.

7. Security

The Site is served through Cloudflare over HTTPS only (TLS 1.2 or newer), with HSTS and a strict Content Security Policy. More detail, including how to report a vulnerability, is on our security page.

8. Children

This site is intended for business users 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

9. International transfers

Korevor operates from the United States. The Site and our call scheduler run on Cloudflare's network, and our contact-form service runs on DigitalOcean (SFO3 region, United States). EU/UK visitors' data is transferred to the US under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

10. Changes

We'll post material changes to this policy with a new "Last updated" date. Substantive changes will be announced to Korevor's clients at least 30 days in advance.
